Battersea Power Station

We designed and styled this beautiful two bedroom apartment in the iconic Battersea Power Station for a property investment client aiming to make the property attractive for long term rental tenants. As the development is new and vast, with upwards of 60% of the properties available for rent, making sure the property stood out against the competition was key. The client requested a neutral scheme with a ‘hotel feel’. The property was successfully let within three weeks of completion and has been successfully tenanted ever since.
